Christmas Staff (Part-Time) Temporary

EUROSPAR Cloughvalley is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to support our Christmas Staff Project during the festive season. This temporary role involves assisting with the preparation, assembly, merchandising, and distribution of Christmas hampers while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high store standards.

Fixed-Term Contract: 26 October 2026 to 26 December 2026
Part-Time: Hours will vary between 8 and 20 hours per week in line with business needs

• Assemble and package Christmas hampers accurately and efficiently according to customer requirements

• Prepare gift merchandise and ensure hampers are attractively presented

• Assist with monitoring and replenishing stock levels of hamper products, packaging materials, and seasonal gifts

• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organising deliveries

• Process customer orders and support collection and delivery arrangements where required

• Maintain clean, safe, and organised work areas in line with company standards

• Provide friendly and professional customer service, responding to customer queries promptly

• Support promotional activities and seasonal displays within the store

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet project deadlines and sales targets

• Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, stock handling, merchandising, or order fulfilment is desirable but not required

• Strong organisational and time-management skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to carry out light manual handling duties

• A flexible approach to working hours in line with the needs of the Christmas Staff Project and the business
