A Retail group based in Drogheda are delighted to be hiring an expereinced Deli Supervisor to join their team.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deli Supervisor to join our team. As a Deli Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our deli department, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining food safety standards.

The Role:

• Manage and lead a team of deli associates, providing guidance and support as needed

• Ensure the deli department is well-stocked with fresh and high-quality products

• Create and maintain attractive deli displays to showcase our products

• Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure profitability

• Train new employees on deli procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner

• Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment
