EUROSPAR Cobh is currently recruiting an enthusiastic, customer-focused Evening and Weekend Supervisor to join our team. This is a key role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoys leading a team, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the store during evening and weekend shifts

• Ensure excellent customer service and store presentation at all times

• Lead and motivate team members to meet performance and service goals

• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and ongoing support

• Oversee daily operations, including stock control, cash handling, and health & safety compliance

• Handle customer queries and resolve any issues that arise

Key Requirements:

• Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends

• Customer-focused with a positive attitude

• Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
