Fresh Food Sales Assistant (Part-Time)

We are currently seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Fresh Food Sales Assistant - Part-Time to join our team at EUROSPAR Kinnegad.

• Serving customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Preparing and presenting fresh food products

• Merchandising chill and frozen stock

• Stock ordering and inventory control

• Follow all food safety, health and safety, and company procedures.

• Ensuring shelves and displays are fully stocked and well presented

• Supporting the deli and fresh food department

• Support store operations by assisting in the deli, fresh food, and checkout areas as required.

This role requires flexibility to work early morning shifts (from 6:00am) and weekend shifts in line with business requirements.

• Previous retail/shop experience is essential

• Experience in a fresh food is desirable

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Experience with merchandising and stock replenishment

• Ability to order and manage chill and frozen stock

• Good attention to detail and commitment to high standards

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is an advantage
