We are currently seeking a full-time experienced Store Manager to join our amazing team at EUROSPAR in Dublin City. As the Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our store operations and ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and staff supervision.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet store targets.
Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.
Monitor and analyse sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
